Nora Yoo is an architect, researcher, and strategist based in Nashville, Tennessee. She received a Bachelor of Arts Magna Cum Laude with Honors in Architectural Studies and Hispanic Literature and Culture from Brown University before pursuing her master's degree in architecture at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design. While studying at the GSD, Nora honed in on research regarding the future of the design profession and applications of design thinking to larger global issues. Her thesis elaborated on the design of physical space for future information exchange, which she continued to actively explore through her work at Architecture Research Office and WeWork in New York City.

Through her various collaborations, Nora enjoys finding opportunities for design in both likely and unlikely places. She loves the Maine coast, old subway maps, and reshaping what it means to be a designer and architect, beyond traditional practice.
